How we protect your email
CSA-certified
Our sending IPs are on the Certified Senders Alliance whitelist, accessed by all major ISPs and spam-filter providers across the world. It's the strongest assurance available that legitimate email reaches the inbox. It is not a guarantee of placement, but the closest the industry has to one, and especially strong across the DACH region.
Data stays in Europe
Every email and every log is processed and stored in Europe. Nothing is replicated to US infrastructure, so your data stays in Europe by design.
Authentication by default
DKIM, SPF and DMARC are configured from the start, and every sending domain is verified before it goes live. Your messages are cryptographically signed on every send.
Encryption in transit
Connections to the SMTP relay and REST API are protected with TLS. Opportunistic TLS is used on delivery wherever the receiving server supports it.
Scoped API keys
Issue keys with limited rights, rotate or revoke them at any time, and keep separate keys per environment or product so a single key is never a single point of failure.
Monitoring & audits
Deliverability and DMARC are monitored continuously, and our infrastructure undergoes third-party security audits every month, aligned with ISO standards.
Minimal retention
Message content is retained only as long as you need it for debugging — 7 days on Business and Pro — then removed. We keep what's useful to you and nothing more.
